DISCLOSURE TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

With this Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("LPPD"), we as Peca Dekor Panel Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Company") located at "Hadımköy Mah Elvan Sk No: 9/3 ("Enco Tesisleri içi) Arnavutköy / Istanbul" would like to inform and enlighten you about our personal data processing activities.

Data Controller and Representative
1.1. Your personal data may be processed, recorded, stored, classified, classified, updated and disclosed/transferred to third parties for the purposes described below by the Company in its capacity as the data controller and limited to the purposes described below, in accordance with the law and good faith and in cases permitted by the legislation or limited to the purpose for which they are processed.

Your personal data processed by the Company in accordance with the law may be transferred to persons or organizations residing in foreign countries determined and declared to have adequate protection by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board"), or to countries other than those determined and declared by the Board, without obtaining your explicit consent in accordance with your explicit consent or in the presence of the conditions stipulated in Article 5/2 of the LPPD and Article 6/3 of the LPPD, or to countries other than those determined and declared by the Board, limited to the cases where the data controllers in the country where the personal data is transferred undertake adequate protection in writing and the permission of the Board can be obtained.

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Your Personal Data

Within this framework, your personal data may be processed and transferred by obtaining explicit consent in the light of the principles stipulated in Article 4/2 of the LPPD or in the presence of the conditions stipulated in Article 5/2 of the LPPD and Article 6/3 of the LPPD, without obtaining explicit consent.

Your Rights Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD
In order for the applications to be made by the Company within the scope of Article 11 of the LPPD to be evaluated and resolved urgently, effectively and comprehensively, you can send it to our address specified on our "Contact" page on our website by registered mail with wet signature. Depending on its nature, the Company will finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days at the latest. However, if the procedures to be carried out for the examination and finalization of your application require an additional cost, the fees in the tariff determined by the Board will be invoiced to you.

The rights you have pursuant to the aforementioned article provision are as follows:

To request information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
To request the erasure or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated in Article 7 LPPD,
To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to Article 11 (d) and (e) of the LPPD to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
To object if your personal data is analyzed exclusively through automated systems and results in a result against you,
In case you suffer any damage due to the processing of your personal data in violation of the relevant legislation, to demand the compensation of the damage.

Personal Data Retention Period
Our Company retains the Personal Data processed in accordance with the LPPD only for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or, if no period is stipulated in the legislation, for the period required by the purpose of personal data processing. The retained data shall be deleted, destroyed or anonymized after the reasons requiring the processing of the data expire. For example, in cases where the consent of the relevant Person regarding the use of Personal Data for marketing or promotional purposes is withdrawn in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the related regulation, the records of Personal Data are kept for 1 year from this date. The content of the commercial electronic message and any other records related to the message are kept for 3 years to be submitted to the relevant ministry when necessary. Pursuant to Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications, the traffic data we process are stored for 2 years and anonymized after the expiration of the period. In any case, if Personal Data is processed for more than one reason, the relevant data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized when all the reasons that require the processing of the data in question are eliminated.
